- How are items shipped? Lucky for you, we just switch to FREE SHIPPING!! We use USPS, and most items under one pound will be shipped First Class. If you item is over that it will be shipped USPS Priority.
- When will my item(s) get to me? Please wait at least 5-7 to get your package. In most cases it will not take that long.
- How do I cancel an Order? We can only cancel your order only if it has not already been shipped from our boutique. If you are able to do so, please call us ASAP at (910) 483-0733 to see if you are eligible to cancel.
- Do you give refunds? No, Unfortunately we do not. We do however give you store credit that does not expire. For info on how to exchange an item, please refer to our Exchange Policy Page.
- Can I call to order? Yes! Our number is (910) 483-0733.
- Where are you located? We are in Downtown Fayetteville, North Carolina. We do have a brick and mortar space that you are welcome to come shop Monday through Saturday.
- Do you offer discounts? Yes, we do Flash Sales and promos at least once a week. Please sign up for our emails to get the scoop.
