OUR BOUTIQUE IS ONLY OPEN 11AM-4PM MONDAY-SATURDAY. PLEASE CALL US AT (910) 483-0733 TO ARRANGE PICK UP.
- How are items shipped? We use USPS, and most items under one pound will be shipped First Class with Tracking. If your item is over that it will be shipped USPS Priority.
- When will my item(s) get to me? Please wait at least 5-7 to get your package. In most cases it will not take that long.
- How do I cancel an Order? We can only cancel your order only if it has not already been shipped from our boutique. If you are able to do so, please call us ASAP at (910) 483-0733 to see if you are eligible to cancel.
- Do you give refunds? No, Unfortunately we do not. We do however give you store credit that does not expire. For info on how to exchange an item, please refer to our Exchange Policy Page.
- Can I call to order? Yes! Our number is (910) 483-0733.
- Where are you located? We are in Downtown Fayetteville, North Carolina. We do have a brick and mortar space that you are welcome to come shop Monday through Saturday. Our physical address is 310 Hay Street Fayetteville, NC 28301. We are in the loft space above the Blue Moon Cafe.
- What are your hours?OUR BOUTIQUE IS ONLY OPEN 12PM-5PM FOR SAFE SHOPPING MONDAY - FRIDAY. 12PM-4PM SATURDAY. PLEASE CALL US AT (910) 483-0733 TO ARRANGE PICK UP.
- Do you Hold Items? No Unfortunately not. We have a high turnover of product so we cannot hold items. If you are unsure about purchasing because of the fit, or have questions- please call us or send us an email.
- Do you offer discounts? Yes! We have a SALE section that is always updated. You can also join our Facebook Group Fabulous Finds Boutique Insiders for Flash Sales.
