Pre Order Policy:  If the item does not work for you then you have 14 days from when you have received the item to send it back to us with the tag on, in its original condition for store credit.  We will only refund you if the item is no longer available.
WE WILL NOT REFUND ITEMS BASED ON TIME FRAME. 
We post items 2-3 weeks of estimated delivery time and have no control over shipment times.
